When Javan tells his Alpha he can never claim his mate, he doesn't imagine that Henry would hear his words and run from Capulet. Desperate to find his little man and explain, Javan asks the only man he knows could help find Henry.
Onyx is Trill: part hawk, part lizard, and part man. Being second in command of his flock, he knows what dangers the Magic Lands hold, He never thought he would ever have one mate let alone two, and now, one is lost in the midst of those lands.
Onyx's blood runs cold when Henry suddenly returns to Capulet on the tail of a Baliz, telling them how Lorkin, leader of the savage creatures, is coming for Henry.
Can Javan fix his mistake with Henry? Can Onyx figure out a way to claim his mates in his current form? They better find the answers quickly, or Henry will pay the ultimate price...death.
I love Cree Storm's stories, her imagination leaves me breathless, and the world she has created for the Capulet series is mind blowing, and book 4 is another testament to that for sure!
Henry is used to sadness and loss in his life, so when he overhears his mate saying he doesn't want to mate with him it is just too much and he flees, but would things have been clear to Henry had he stuck around for the whole conversation?
When Henry gets lost running from home he comes upon a fuzzle, a very important one with important info for his alpha, when Henry agrees to return to his lands with Lika they come across someone who could be very bad indeed, but is he?
Onyx discovers he is Javan's mate, who happens to be Henry's mate, with Onyx being a Trill, can he claim his mates and keep them forever? When Henry's life is threatened, both of his mates know they will do anything to keep their little mate safe!
You will love this book guys, as usual no spoilers, but I will say this book will keep you on your toes to the end! Oh and it is way way hot in the sex department too! Thanks Cree, for another great book in this series!
